Never been a big fan of the word goodbye.
Weak at the hugs, standing at the door waving or writing letters that spell finite!
This week one of my inner circle, is shifting home and goodbye seems so...irrelevant.non-descriptive.wrong.inappropriate.uncomfortable.meaningless.unkind...
Yes the world is getting smaller, flights more accessible but I'm all for living an Acts community sort of everyday. Sharing clothes, money, phones, lives, stories, friends, family and futures.
Need help in an appropriate form of goodbye. Not gushy, not removed, raw, real, hope-filled, not hyperactive.
My everyday is soon to change.
That's life I suppose.
